Theory of Change • What • Why The purpose of this intervention is healing and reconciliation. • Sharing of personal stories with dialogue and reflection individual transformation • Small group processes empathy, common humanity, relationships • Cooperative relationships structural and social changes

  4. Underlying Assumptions • People should solve their own problems • Leaders should solve problems • Mediation should solve problems • Mediation should create relationship • All people are good • People need to be directed • Etc.
