  2. We don’t know how to read and/or respond to the behavior data… Initiative Overload PBIS isn’t one of our school’s top 3 goals One of my teammates dominates the conversations. We don’t say much because she has the ‘ear’ of the Principal! These kids are BAD and their parents too – that’s all we seem to talk about! Our team is divided – it feels like we’re starting over every meeting!
