  2. A Trip Around the World After reading folklore from around the world, our class learned about countries where stories had been passed down through the generations.

  6. Arts • Some food they eat are fish, seafood, apples, cranberries, pears, plums, peaches and maple syrup. • Canada hosted the winter Olympics once and the summer Olympics once.

  8. Interesting facts • Wild animals live in the northern forest: moose, beavers, Canada lynx, black bears, wolves and snowshoe hares. • The most common plant life in Canada is evergreen forest. • There are small groups of American Indians.
