Baltic Cooperation Conference Outcome

The 2007 IEEE Baltic Cooperation Conference took place in Riga on September 29-30, with participants from nine countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, and Latvia.
