  2. Product Overview Vespa Primavera is the last brick in Vespa history, the history of a scooter that during over 65 years became a myth both in Italy and all over the world. The all new design is the most important characteristic of Vespa Primavera. The perfect fusion between past and future makes Vespa Primavera a unique piece, an inimitable vehicle different from any other scooter in the world. Piaggio design center, thanks to the experience in the design of the Vespa 946, has played an important and innovative work on surfaces and body sections realizing deep scratches that, without betraying the softness of lines typical of every Vespa, are able to confer a whole new dynamic and modern shape. Vespa Primavera inherits the exclusive and refined elegance of Vespa 946 while keeping intact the original shape. Despite Primavera keeps the unique characteristics of the most Vespa precious of all time, it doesn’t give up on the functionality and the comfort of a scooter made for daily urban mobility. The peculiar care that Vespa puts even for the smallest detail, such as chrome-plated parts, passenger footrest etc., makes Primavera unique.

  4. Product Overview The increased under seat compartment which is now 16,6L of capacity, enough space for a full helmet and other objects, and covered by a car mat. Lighting system LED technology Front DRL and rear stop light are made by LED lights. front DRL (daytime running lamp) LED lights. Dashboard analogic speedometer and a LCD display. Besides the LCD screen, there are two boxes with the control lights. New front suspension Enhanced Sliding Suspension ESS increase the level of safety and comfort. Brake system 200mm front disc, floating caliper with two pistons Lighting system The positioning light outlines a «V» shape, while the stop light, when it’s on, fills the empty space in the middle. 11’’ front and rear wheels Brake system 140mm drum rear brake on 50 4s and over 50cc and 110 mm rear drum brake on 50 2s.

  5. Product Overview - technology Engine range Vespa Primavera is equipped with a complete engine range: the modern and efficient 125-150cc 3Valves i.e. and the classic, reliable, 50cc 2s and 4s4v. Those engines are the top in terms of technology, performance and fuel consumption. The 125cc 3Valves engine in WMTC 2.1 cycle, performs about 47 km/l. One of the lowest fuel consumption of the category. Those engines are the top in terms of efficiency, in fact the regular maintenance is scheduled every 10.000 km. Thermodynamics The three valves engines implemented new features in order to increase efficiency, comfort and drivability and to reduce fuel consumption, vibrations and noise level. Long-stroke engine (58 mm) with reduced bore to improve torque and fuel efficiency at low speed (down-speeding). New cylinder head to increase the combustion efficiency, both for the 3 valve lay-out and for the optimization of internal charge motion (tumble in particular). New fuel injection system Piaggio native Integrated spark-advance, air/fuel ratio and phase management, with lambda probe and 3-way catalyst. Designed to allow engine start without battery (for kick starter versions).

Every year will be presented the new collection, launched all over the world in the same time, made by new colours and trims.
