  27. Reminder Mid-Year Promotions Steps • Make a screen print of panel A10. • Withdraw the student with W01 using the date of the promotion. • Re-enroll the student with R01 in new Grade Level with the Date of the promotion. ONE TRANSACTION • Reactivate and / or change the schedule.

New Procedures - continued Important Reminder If the student is co-enrolled at another site (PATS, Community School, ESEAL, George Stone,…), you MUST contact the other school and let them know what you did. When you withdraw the student, it will withdraw ALL schedule records, even those at other schools.
