Our updated application presents a colorful, priority-driven display that guides the user through the application with a few quick taps and automatically pushes new alert messaging to the screen. Efficiently navigate between sections, access tours, create or view reports, check the logbook, review Post Orders and more.

  3. Add Video to Field Reports Enhance any report, provide additional value, and add dynamic clarity to any alert or report. Video provides an objective level of detail and context unavailable using still images. Improve the quality of field communication and expedite decision-making with clarity, motion and sound. Add video and value to accident reports, lost & found notifications and tour incidents.

  4. New Dispatch Task Capabilities • From a tablet or PC browser, dispatchers can now assign tasks to officers in the field. Whether it’s an alarm response or medical emergency, track the task and officer response in real-time. Using distance, estimated drive times, and availability, dispatchers select the optimum officer for the task and sends Task Requests.
