  3. Coil Build Up •examining surface and dimension . • reduce non rolling part. • Leader strip is welded both sides of hot coil.

  4. Coil Rolling • It is used to roll hot coil, with tension on both reel. • It is specially designed rolling mill for products requiring high strength and precision, such as stainless steel plate.

  5. 3. Heat Treatment • Reduce scale on surface.• covering with passivity layer while heat treatment recovers modified internal structure of stainless steel occurred during cold rolling.

  6. 4. Skin Pass & Levelling • It is process to roll heat treated stainless plate with load and tension in order to improve form and give gross. • Modified form through cold molding and heat treatment is leveled by strong tension to give flatness.

  7. Surface Grinding • Surface of stainless steel is rolled by sandpaper which rotates at high speed to achieve desired illumination on surface • Surface of stainless steel is rolled by sandpaper which rotates at high speed to obtain #8 products which have glossy surface.

  8. Cutting • Cold rolling material which processed at previous process is cut in necessary length. • Cold rolling material which processed at previous process is coated with protective vinyl and cut in ordered length.
