Based on a sample size of 385 respondents who expect to buy a home, the findings reveal key insights into buyer preferences, the perceived value of realtors, and factors influencing the decision to hire a professional. The results aim to support both real estate professionals and potential homebuyers in understanding the dynamics of home purchasing behavior.
