  2. FNA of abdominal mass: • Colorectal adenocarcinoma • Prostatic adenocarcinoma • Lymphoma • Abscess • Sarcoma lymphoglandular bodies 1

  3. Cervical LN FNA: • papillary thyroid ca • lymphoma • multiple myeloma • reactive LN • HSV Intranuclear pseudoinclusion. 2

  4. CSF from child: • Unremarkable • HSV • CMV • PNET • Candida Small round blue cells with molding. 3

  5. Liver FNA: • Benign hepatocytes • Benign ductal cells • Metastatic small cell carcinoma • Metastatic adenocarcinoma • Ecchinococcal cyst Metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma key features: Columnar cells arranged in linear strips. Often with necrotic background. Hepatocytes 4

  6. Pleural fluid: • mesothelial cells • empyema • small cell carcinoma • squamous cell carcinoma • adenocarcinoma “windows” 5

  7. Pancreas FNA: • normal pancreas • pseudocyst • adenocarcinoma • endocrine neoplasm • lymphoma 6

  8. ThinPreppap: • Benign endometrial cells • Follicular cervicitis • HSIL • LSIL • Adenocarcinoma 7

  9. ThinPrep pap: • NILM • Reactive cellular changes • HSIL • AGUS • LSIL 8

  10. ThinPrep pap: • NILM • Reactive cellular changes • HSIL • AGUS • LSIL Trichomonas “Trich” halo; reactive phenomenon 9

  11. ThinPrep pap: • NILM • RCC • HSIL • AGUS • LSIL Cavitations in LSIL are larger than Trich halos and have a dark outer edge. 10
