Functions : • Online job punching. • DOA call registering & DOA certificate printing. • New spares PO generation. • Defective spares dispatch. • Defective handsets dispatch. • New spares dispatch from HO. • Repaired handsets dispatch from HO. • Handset software downloads. • Reports generation – Current stock, Repaired, PNA, O/W calls Benefits : • Centralised system which helps in faster tracking of customer handsets. • Intimation to customer over handset repair status through SMS. • Stock can be maintained & check online anytime. • PO can be tracked on daily basis to fasten spare dispatch & recycling. • All models software availability - can be downloaded from anywhere. • All reports such as Current stock, repair, pending & PNA handsets can be taken out easily.
