Play Safe by Following Common Flag Football Rules Flag Football plays is the alternate game to football which teaches the same values as told by the sports of contact football like hard work of players, teamwork, & sportsmanship along with fun. But the flag football play can become insecure if not played seriously and safely. The safety of players lies with the coaches of the team. Coaches of every team should keep an eye on the player’s activities while playing and training. There are few most common rules for Flag Football Plays that are needed to be taken care of.

Play Safe by Following Common Flag Football Rules Attitude & Behaviour of Player’s: The most important rule that should be known to each and every player in the team is “If your behaviour is not suitable for schools or home then it never is suitable for the fields”. One player with inappropriate behaviour can influence the whole team. The coach should rebuke the players when such behaviour arises.

Play Safe by Following Common Flag Football Rules Equipment used by each player should be checked by the coaches, as they are wearing the uniform properly, their apparels, gadgets and accessories are in proper place. When a coach feels some accidental incident can occur, he should get ready to blow the whistle. Players should stop the game soon as they hear the whistle so that there will be no harm to any player. Players should be taught the aggressive play but keeping the difference of reckless play in mind.

Before starting the practice or game, every player should perform warm-up and stretching exercises whether they are youth and have natural toned body.
