  2. 1) how will dimp change the way your company performs operation and maintenance work? • A) more paper work • B) adding EFV valves (tracking performance) • I can think of no real changes in our O&M procedures as we already prioritize our system needs

  3. Progress made so far in preparation for DIMP • There have been several systems upgrading their maps, not necessarily in preparation for DIMP, but because it was needed, and with the new mapping technologies available it was just time to do it. • Waiting for the Shrimp program from APGA

  4. What issues we expect to receive the greatest focus as we prepare for DIMP • Mapping; as our systems have grown a lot of the maps have not been kept up to date. • A lot of the additions have not been transferred to the main map, now they have several small maps to reference,. And some have penciled in the changes on the large map

  5. The most challenging part of the regulation to implement • RE-evaluation for effectiveness; and show improvement. • For instance, this year we had 2 dig-ins, but there was almost no activity, in 2 years there are 10. but there was a lot of activity, we are not sure the one call slips are going to reflect what really transpired
