  14. Shear rate The shear rate is highly,please attention the injection speed.

  15. Volumetric shrinkage Volumetric shrinkage is imbalance.

  19. Deflection– Y direction Deflection of Y direction is big.

  20. Deflection– Z direction Deflection– Z direction is bigger.

  21. Summary The results: • The flow status good, the flow is balance,so the pressure of injection and packing is big. • The mostly deflection cause by cooling and shrinkage,please attention the cooling and packing to adjust.
