Celebrating Community Spirit: Highlights from the 2012 Festival

The 2012 Festival brought together Rotarians, volunteers, stall holders, and visitors to create a memorable event. A total of 108 attendees provided positive feedback, praising the fantastic kids' activity area, enjoyable rides, and impressive fireworks.   7. What they said……… The free kids activity area - my kids loved going on some of the rides. Rotary do a fantastic job Thank you great, my kids look forward to the event more than Melb. show. much more affordable, fire works are Excellent!! Well done Love the fireworks on the Saturday night. I think they were bigger and better than last year. Always a fun, family friendly event. Should be more of them in the area. Also loved the free kiddie rides. We are a local business so we were recognised by lots of locals, the weather was tremendous and really if you didn't have a successful day last Sunday you should prob be doing something else. You guys did a great job,it was a great day, keep up the good work

  8. What they said………2 The fireworks were awesome! There was a real sense of community and a very relaxed atmosphere. It was great having the central area for the bands with shady spaces to sit. I also liked how the kids area with the games and youth bands were in a separate area. Thank you very much for giving community groups the opportunity to "be seen". We find this very important in keeping the membership of our organisation at a viable level. Awesome festival & we would love to be involved again next year! Thanks for a GREAT day!!! very organized,great venue in the park.the volunteers were very friendly and helpfull. I really would just like to say thank you for such a well run and organised event. Everyone was lovely and helpful and there were no issues at all - everything went smoothly. The festival was very well organized and the officials very helpful. Great job thanks!
