Hands should be clasped. Eyes should be closed. Feet should be crossed. The routine wanderings of the mind should be right away stopped and when they arise, the attention should be brought back to breath, the normal, natural, easy, soft and tender breath. Observe your natural breath. No mantra is to be chanted, no form of any deity is to be entertained. Meditate minimum as per one’s age in terms of so many minutes (twenty minutes if your age is twenty years) BE A MEDITATOR & BE A VEGETARIAN.
