  5. What Should I Plant? Although price strength remains broad compared with past years for virtually all competing field crops, prices are currently lower than the unusual highs of a year earlier and full of uncertainty

  7. As was the case a year ago, many farmers were uncertain as what to plant as growers were presented with several choices

  9. Michigan Dry Bean Acres2009 Acres were estimated (from the June 30th USDA report) at 195,000 acres, up 5,000 acres from last year. Expected harvested acres were estimated at 190,000 acres.
