  7. What does the plan do? • Provides baseline scientific information • Prioritizes streams with the greatest potential for improvement • Identifies tools to rehabilitate prioritized streams • Monitor effectiveness

  8. What does the plan do? • Sets goals for recovery/level of service • Sets up a stormwater control transfer program • Long range plan for stormwater and stream management
