  4. Compare The Two? Subject: EXCESSIVE PRINTER PAPER I HAVE TALKED WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE AND THIS SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM IN YOUR DEPARTMENT. SOMEONE PRINTS INFORMATION AND WON’T PICK IT UP AT THE PRINTER. THEN THE NEXT PERSON HAS TO SORT THROUGH THE PRINTED MATERIAL TO FIND WHAT HE OR SHE WANTS. SOME PRINTOUTS NEVER GET USED. PEOPLE SHOULD PICK UP THEIR PRINTING AND GET IT OUT OF EVERYONE ELSE’S WAY. THAT’S ONLY COMMON COURTESY. THE PEOPLE IN YOUR DEPARTMENT AREN’T EVEN REMOTELY CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS. YOU MANAGEMENT PEOPLE NEED TO DO YOUR JOB AND NONE OF THIS WOULD HAPPEN.

  5. Subject: Printer Use It has been brought to my attention that we have been leaving to many printouts on the printers. If each department could let their workers know that if they do not need the printout then it is not necessary to print it out. If it is important for them to have these printouts then we should suggest that they retrieve them as soon as they print them off, so we can avoid confusion later on. I would really appreciate all management personnel letting their team members know of this important issue. If we all do our part the it will extremely cut down on our paper expenses. Thank you.
