  2. Placement Requirements • Please note that ALL STUDENTS doing placements MUST HAVE AND CARRY A VALID WORKING WITH CHILDREN while on placement • No WWCC card No placement this is the law! • Apply for your WWCC card AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE to allow time for processing and receipt of you card

  3. Working With Children CheckForm • COLLECT A FORM • Forms available form participating Aust post offices details available from http://www.austpost.com.au/workingwithchildren

  4. Completing your WWCC cardForm • Collect a WWCC Instructions form from the PEP office or website www.acu.edu.au/PEPVic • Refer to http://www.justice.vic.gov.au/workingwithchildren for detailed instructions • Carefully read WWCC Instructions form and Guide for Applicants at the front of the application form • Use this information to complete your WWCC card form

  5. Cost for lodging your form • For all student requirements WWCC card applications go under the VOLUNTEER category and are FREE

  6. Time Saving Tips for completing your form • Use BLACK INK to complete your form • Provide a Pass port size and quality photo • Identity documents are required, see Guide for applicants

  7. Lodging your WWCC Card Form • Forms may be lodged at a participating Australia post office • Remember to take your COMPLETED FORM, PASS PORT SIZED PHOTO & PROOF OF IDENTITY DOCUMENTS • When complete the Post Office will stamp the receipt section of your form

  8. Receipt forWWCC Card Form • Please submit a photocopy of this stamped receipt to the PEP office AS SOON AS POSSIBLE • Retain the original this can cover you for school observations for a period of 60 days

  9. Working With Children Check Card • You should receive your WWCC card within 4-6 weeks of lodging your application • PLEASE PROVIDE THE PEP OFFICE WITH A COPY OF YOUR CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
