This session focuses on the integration of the 8 Mathematical Practices to enhance student engagement in math. Participants will explore ways to use appropriate tools strategically, as outlined in Mathematical Practice #5. Attendees are encouraged to write down any questions or comments regarding math on post-it notes for discussion at the session's end. Additionally, we’ll review Practices 1-4, discuss collaborative strategies, and prepare presentations on the use of various tools in problem-solving. Join us to foster a deeper understanding of math practices in the classroom!
