Oppgave • Innhente gruppenes og stabs ønsker og behov for ”fremtidskirken” • Gi ”vanlige” menighetsmedlemmer mulighet til å komme med ønsker og synspunkter. • Samordne dette i en enkel rom plan med kravspesifikasjon og standarder som skal være grunnlag for plangruppenes videre arbeid. • Prioritere rom etter viktighet for menighetens drift. Eks: må ha og ønskelig. • Dialogkveld og fikk innspill fra 25 parter.
