BUDGET ISSUES • General fund reduction of $1.5 million. • No funds for Quantity Verification • No industry support for State funding • DA one time cy pres funding for Price Verification • No funds for CTEP • Regulations adopted 12/30/2011 for funding • No funds for Device Enforcement • DMS Administrative Fee Regulations at office of Administrative Law for review – projected adoption date 02/10/2012 • Metrology Laboratory • General funds through at least 2012/2013 • Weighmaster Enforcement • Working with industry to legislatively increase license fees • Petroleum Enforcement • Working with industry to increase motor oil fee by regulations
