Join us for a transformative 4-day course designed for all teachers of Southampton medical undergraduates, including clinicians, scientists, and more. This course aims to develop your teaching roles, explore the evolving BM Curriculum, and delve into diverse learning and teaching theories. Participants will engage in interactive methods including small group activities, shared learning, and micro-teaching. Priority will be given to those with significant teaching roles. Teaching Tomorrow’s Doctors 32 Training for BM teachers Medical Education Development Unit This is a 4 day course open to all teachers of Southampton medical undergraduates – clinicians, scientists and others image • Aims • To offer staff who teach medical undergraduates opportunities to: • Develop their teaching roles • Explore the BM Curriculum • and how it is developing • Consider a range of learning and teaching theory • Share teaching experience Applicants Priority will be given to applicants with major teaching roles and permanent positions within the region. Selection will also take into account the applicant’s speciality/subject area in order to ensure a mix on the course.
