PLANETARY GEAR BOX. • We were facing problem of repetitive breakdown of SPM due to gear box problem. • This gear box was not sustain load. • So we study on that and introduced Planetary Gear box . • Planetary gear box was available in market but, • to reduce lead time as well as cost of gear box ,we decide • manufactured in-house. ZANVAR GROUP OF INDUSTRIES

PLANETARY GEAR BOX. • Advantages of Planetary Gear Box • Greater load ability and the higher the torque density. • high power density • greater stability due to the even distribution of mass and increased rotational stiffness. • Less power consumption. ZANVAR GROUP OF INDUSTRIES • BENIFITS • Mfg. Cost saving . • Power saving. • Maintenance cost saving. • Loss due to breakdown was eliminate.

  4. PLANETARY GEAR BOX. Implemented in JD Cylinder Block Plano Milling SPM (ED STEELS) • BEFORE • Power required- 25 hp/15hp • Feed rate : 280 mm/min • Frequent brake down in 2-3 times in month. • AFTER • Power required- 15hp • Feed Rate – 315 mm/min • Frequent brake down –Till date no breakdown observed (From last 3 month) • Benefits • Power saving up to 40% • In crease productivity by 10%. • Breakdown eliminated ZANVAR GROUP OF INDUSTRIES

Implemented in JD Clutch Housing Milling SPM (SRF U-01) • BEFORE • Power required- 15 hp. • Frequent brake down 2-3 in 6 month • AFTER • Power required- 7.5 hp • Frequent brake down –Till date no breakdown observed (From last 7 month) ZANVAR GROUP OF INDUSTRIES • Benefits • Power saving up to 50% • Breakdown eliminated
