  5. TCSS Technology Purchases • The district uses a wide variety of technology related products. The majority of the products we purchase are now covered under the Joint Purchasing Technology Contract. Products not listed under the contract must be purchased under the established rules and terms set forth by the Board of Education and the State of Alabama.
