  1. OUR RUBE GOLDBERG MACHINE Designed and made by Hannah and Kalin

  2. What do we use this machine for? • Our goal for this machine is to break an egg successfully into a bowl. • This task need to include al least five steps. • So far we’ve got the plan but its not finalized yet.

  3. OUR MASTER PLAN!!

  4. PHOTOS ALONG THE WAY! • Here are some pictures of us with our “machine”.

  5. What does our machine do? First we push a mini skateboard down a ramp (incline plane). The mini skateboard will stop when it hits the dominoes (levers), once all the dominos have fallen over there will be a egg at the end. The egg will topple off the edge and slide down another ramp when the ramp finishes the egg will crack into the bowl and Bang it cracks!

  6. Diary of the project!! • The first day we started the project we were both freaking out. We kept saying to our selves “how are we going to do this, it’s impossible’’?? Our first plan was to have five ramps. But our hope of doing that when down the hole when Dave said that we couldn’t do that. What a bummer!! On day two Hannah wasn’t here because she was at the swimming comp so I basically had to do it all.

  7. Diary of the project cont. • Days past and our plan got more successful. • Our final plan was very well and we were nearly certain that it would work, until Friday when we found that the lever object went walkie.

  8. Evaluation • We worked together alright, we had our ups and downs but we managed to get it done and we persisted all the way. • We could of done a bit better but the main thing is that we tried and succeeded, so in the end it all worked out. • We only had four steps because our lever object was gone.

  9. THANKS 4 WATCHING!!!!
