  13. Portfolio Inputs • 1. Merge LED Officer Coorperatives and LED SMMEs • 2. Leave Committee support unit under MM’s Office • 3. Merge Snr Legal Officer & Snr Labour Relations Officer • 4. Check if Snr PMS Officer position ‘s KPAs if will really keep the position functioning through out the year or on quarterly. • 5. PMU Manager is long overdue should be a priority • 6. Check Segregation of duties under Traffic Unit if nothing consider filling one Snr officer (management rep) in the coming yr.09/10 Draft

EXCO Inputs • To fill to Public Participation Officer post first and fill Snr Public Participation officer in 2010/11 • Move Free Basic Services unit from Tech Services department to Community Services. • Merge LED officer: SMME and LED Coorporatives • Add - Fund raising/ outsourcing of funds as a Key Performance Area for Snr LED Officer ( to support Projects which need funding for growth) • Make provision of Technician: Buildings (who will check the quality of building material and quality standard of buildings.   15. Make provision for Staff (Waste Management Officer and Waste Collecting Assistants x4) • Additional Clerk: Procurement Draft
