  2. DRINK WATER!! • Just like your body, your hair needs hydration, and this is especially true during the Summer.. • Be sure to drink water as often as possible during the season

  3. Like I said, your hair is thirsty! The sun is harsh on your hair and the extreme heat causes damage and makes your hair more susceptible to heavy breakage. Conditioning your hair helps to shield it from harsh UV rays and adds moisture back into your hair.
