Goals & Purpose Goal: Development policy is more pro-poor Purpose 1: Southern CSOs make more use of research-based evidence to influence the establishment of pro-poor policy Purpose 2: ODI engages more effectively with Southern CSOs and other stakeholders to make more use of ODI’s research-based evidence to influence the establishment of pro-poor policy

Phase 3 • Aims: • Partners can do much of what RAPID does • ODI has a new relationship with partners • Continue with: • Network • Capacity Development (+ grants?) • National / Regional / Global ARPs • Research • Plus: • More / other money • Linking ebpdn with other networks • Other Projects (GRAP, GTF, SNV)
