  1. Top 10 SUVs launching in 2019 with their launch dates India is becoming one of the biggest car markets in the world. The increasing demand for cars in the country has made the manufacturers introduce new cars in different segments. Currently, there is a high demand of SUVs in the country. There is a whole new range of SUVs launching in country in 2019. Due to the high competition, manufacturers are introducing SUVs that are feature-rich and affordable at the same time. Here is a list of 10 SUVs that will be launched in the Indian market this year. 1.Nissan Kicks Launch – 22nd January, 2019 Launching in the Indian market soon, the Indian version of Nissan Kicks has been designed differently from the global version. This car is based on the B-zero platform, just like Renault Captur. The Kicks will run on a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that also powers the Renault Captur. Nissan Kicks will give a good competition to Hyundai Creta. It will get a lot of features like an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system,

  2. semi-digital driver console, 360-degree camera, automatic climate control and a start-stop button. 2.Tata Harrier Launch – 23rd January, 2019 The upcoming Tata Harrier has been quite popular after becoming the first SUV based on the Land Rover D8 platform, which has been modified to Tata’s OmegaArc Platform. Tata has already started taking bookings for the upcoming SUV. This car will run on a 2.0-litre KRYOTEC diesel engine that churns out a maximum of 140 PS and 350 Nm. As of now only the manual FWD version of the Harrier will be launched, and not the 4WD version, however, the automatic versions will be launched at a later time. 3.Mahindra XUV 300 Launch – 15th February, 2019

  3. The Mahindra XUV 300 is the fourth SUV from Mahindra. The all-new XUV 300 is based on the SsangYong Tivoli platform. The features of this car include the dual-zone climate control system, 7-airbags, disc brakes on all four wheels, longest wheelbase in the segment and most torque-rich engine in the segment. This car is expected to get a 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, same as the Mahindra Marazzo. 4.Hyundai Styx Launch – Mid 2019 First seen as the Carlino concept car in the 2016 Auto Expo, this car will be the first sub-4m SUV from Hyundai. It will give competition to Tata

  4. Nexon, Ford EcoSport and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. This car will soon be shown at the New York Motor Show and will be launched in the Indian market following that. Based on the same platform as the Hyundai Grand i10, this car will be modified to suit the SUV purpose. The Styx is expected to run on a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel engine. There will be AMT available for the petrol variants. 5.MG Motor Hector Launch – Mid 2019 Hector by MG Motors will be the first SUV by this brand to get launched in India. 75% of this car will be locally assembled in the Indian market, which means that the price of the vehicle will be less than expected. The Hector is based on the SAIC Boujon 530 and will get powered by the 2.0- litre Multijet diesel engine sourced from Fiat. This engine also powers the Jeep Compass and the Tata Harrier. The Hector will get LED headlamps and dynamic turn indicators. It will also get a 360-degree camera and leather seats. 6.Kia SP concept based Trazor/ Tusker Launch – July 2019

Kia SP concept is expected to get powered by the 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engines from Hyundai. This car will be unveiled at the New York Motor Show. 7.Tata H7X Launch – End 2019

This car will remain similar to the Harrier and will be the long wheelbase version of it. With the 2.0-litre diesel engine, the car may also offer the 6-speed automatic transmission sourced from Hyundai. 8.Jeep Compass Trailhawk Launch – First quarter 2019 The Jeep Compass Trailhawk gets a higher ground clearance, redesigned bumpers and a lot of minor body changes. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk also gets Low-ratio transfer case and will be offered with a diesel engine with an automatic transmission only. This Compass Trailhawk will have many better features than the old version. 9.Renault Duster Launch – Festive season 2019
