  1. Tri-Valley ROP Articulation with Las Positas College

  2. STEP 1 • Obtain your W number • If you applied to LPC- you already have a W number!!! • If you have not applied to LPC- you will need to!!

  3. How do I apply to LPC? • http://www.cccapply.org/applications/CCCApply/apply/Las_Positas_College.html • Term you are applying for is Spring 2014 • At the end of the application, you will mark that you are a HS student enrolled in an ROP course.

  4. STEP 2 How do I get my W number? • http://myportal.clpccd.cc.ca.us/

  5. STEP 3 • Complete the High School/TVROP Articulation Approval Form and the Parent/Student Acknowledgement form • You MUST have a parent signature to “opt out”.

  6. STEP 3- What happens next? • LPC transcribes credits by November 2014. • Order a transcript from LPC to confirm your credits and/or send to the college you attend.

  7. IMPORTANT REMINDERS • Articulation paperwork is due to your ROP instructor on or before May 14th. • Late paperwork is not accepted by TVROP or LPC. • Write down the college course you receive credit for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
