  2. DISTRICT MISSION AND GOALS MISSION Maximize individual student potential – Just Learn! FOCUS AREAS 1. Student Achievement and Opportunities 2. Student Support

  3. BOARD MISSION Support quality educational leadership and maximize student potential with student-driven budgets and policies. BOARD GOAL The Board will develop a student-driven budget for SY 2006-2007 as measured by the number of data-supported intervention programs funded.

  4. CABINET MISSION AND GOAL MISSION Support and ensure quality control to maximize individual student potential. GOAL All schools and departments will use the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) process as measured by quarterly reports.

  5. Data Department Mission Strengthen the instructional processes through quality support and collaboration. Goal Provide quarterly achievement reports two weeks following the close of the testing window as measured by date reports are posted.

  6. Data Department P.D.S.A. • Plan to return accurate timely reports. • Do pre-checking of data entered in Inform Software and request complete data from schools, stressing the importance. • Study the impact on accurate and timely third quarter reports. • Act on an improvement theory based on the results.

  7. Systems Alignment andCoaching Visits • Identify a continuous improvement tool. • Collaborate on mentoring and professional development needs. • Analyze and monitor continuous improvement processes.

  9. Our School Goals All students who score proficient or higher will increase by 10%, from 29% to 39% as measured by the New Mexico Standards Based Assessment in reading. The percentage of students who score proficient (11-14) or higher in writing will increase by 5%, from 6.6% to 11.6% as measured by the Step Up To Writing rubric. All students who score proficient or higher will increase by 10%, from 17% to 27% as measured by the New Mexico Standards Based Assessment in mathematics.
