  1. Creating your custom schedule.... • This is an investment in yourself!

  2. For our example, we will be using a medicinal raw schedule!

  3. On a blank paper, please write hourly times of the day. See example below: • 7am • 8am • 9am • 10am • 11am • 12pm • etc.

  4. 1st consider what a raw meal might look like.... example: • SPROUTS & leaves (of course) • a raw, medicinal dressing • 2 raw sides dishes (like zucchini pasta, stuffed peppers, raw wrap etc.) • superfood toppings (like dulse, chlorella etc.) • green juice

  5. Let’s start with lunch and dinner. Please schedule your raw lunch, and your raw dinner. For example, you may enjoy having lunch at 12pm, and dinner at 6pm.....

  6. Need to take something on an empty stomach? Your physician may have you taking probiotics, supplements etc. on an empty stomach. Pls schedule 1st thing in the morning, or just before bed. Put that on your schedule next. See example below: • 7am-probiotics and glass of water upon rising • TIP: Keep a glass of water by your bed, and drink upon rising!

  7. One example:please note: Some people may enjoy a raw breakfast, or medicinal raw smoothie in the morning if you need a little more to fill you up, or need to keep your weight up. If you find the lack of animal products challenging, you may enjoy a small portion of budwig. • 7am-probiotics • 7:30-ezziac tea • 8am-2 oz wheat grass • 9am-8 oz. green juice • 10am-8 oz. green juice • 11am-cup of tea • 12pm-lunch

  8. WHAT WILL YOUR CUSTOM SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE? See sample below: • 1pm-8 oz green juice • 2pm-tea: green, white, reishi, or other • 3pm-energy soup, grn smoothie or cultured vegetable wrap • 4pm-8 oz green juice • 5pm- • 6pm-raw dinner • 7pm-green juice • 8pm-probiotics, 2 oz wheat grass juice, essiac tea etc.

  9. ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH REST? THIS IS YOUR BODY’S TIME TO REPAIR. HONOR THIS TIME! • The optimal time for repair is 10pm to 2am. If you are not asleep during this time, you are missing out on your body’s natural ability to repair! • GET SOME ZZZZZ’S!

  10. Water!!!! • How much should I be drinking? • Good rule of thumb: • Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces every single day. For example: If you weigh 200 pounds, drink 100 ounces of water per day! • Water should be spring or filtered-pure clean water! Check out: findaspring.com for more information.

  11. It is a good idea to bring your schedule to your physician and add any supplements or medications you may be on. • Never take yourself off, or put yourself on medications. Always consult your physician. • None of this information is ever to take the place of medical advise from your physician.

  12. Now ask yourself.... Are you living the life you are destined to live?

  14. PRINT OUT SEVERAL COPIES OF YOUR SCHEDULE. PUT THEM AROUND YOUR HOUSE, IN YOUR CUPBOARDS AND IN YOUR DAY PLANNER. DECIDE TO SUCCEED!
