All our Ugg boots, slippers and sheepskin products are 100% Australian made and sourced from Australian materials. We guarantee our products are the highest quality products that you can find at the best possible price.

  2. WE OFFER • We ship world wide. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. • We will always endeavour to work with our shipping partners to ensure prompt arrival of your items. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. • We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

  3. Care Instructions • Our sheepskin products have been tanned using the most advanced technology known to man. As a result, simple care is all that is needed to maintain their beauty and comfort. Though wool is a springy fiber, after long use it may tend to mat down a bit. • To restore the pile to its original state, brush it up with a coarse brush. The coarser the brush the better. Wire brushes work best and do not harm the fleece. Wool fleece is a natural fiber and resists soiling, this simplifying cleaning. In most cases spot cleaning in place with warm water and mild soap is all that is needed.

  4. KIDS Sizes • The following charts indicates the equivalent in USA and European Standard Sizes. When you first try on your sheepskin footwear they may feel a little tight but not overly tight. • The thick dense pile in our sheepskin inners gradually mould to the shape of your feet in the first few days of wear. Generally if you are a half size, you should go to the next size up.
