Exploring Candy Bar Density: Does Size Affect Density?

In this experiment, we investigated whether density changes as an object gets smaller. Our original hypothesis was that density would remain constant regardless of size. Through systematic measurements of mass and volume for various candy bars, we found our data did not support the hypothesis; smaller pieces exhibited slight variations in density. This unexpected outcome led to discussions about the influence of surface area and packaging. Our findings suggest that while density generally remains constant for homogenous materials, small-scale variations can occur.
