  1. Housing Lottery A Step-By-Step Guide for Room/Suite Selection Residence Life, Stonehill College

  2. First, log into myHill and click on MY Housing

  3. Next, click the button labeled “MyHousing.”

  4. Review Your Activation Timesin MyHousing

  5. When you activation time arrives, click “Room Selection” from the navigation menu on the left-hand side, then click “Select a Room/Suite”

  6. Next, click the button labeled “Find Available Rooms.”

  7. Scroll up and down to review your room options by building/suite. Then, choose “Select Room” to choose a room/suite.

  8. If you’d like to view floor plans for a given hall or floor, click the link on the left side navigation labeled “Floor Plans”

  9. If you’d like to see where other people have already selected, simply click the link above the room list labeled “View Floor Roster”

  10. Once you’ve chosen a room, assign yourself and any roommates to beds then click “I Agree – Submit My Room Selection.”

  11. Congratulations, your room/suite selection has been saved. You will also receive an email message confirming your choice.

  12. If you go to select a room and no rooms match your search, you will receive the following message. Although you are STILL guaranteed on-campus housing, you won’t be able to select a room at that time. Please contact Residence Life for more information
