The Dining Room has spectacular views of Discovery Passage and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Our menu offers a wide variety of sumptuous West Coast Seafood Cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere. Enjoy your meal with a selection of local Vancouver Island vintages.
Seafood Dinner Special Platter Includes CEDAR BAKED SALMON Local wild sockeye salmon aromatically baked on a cedar board, complimented with savory blackberry butter. GARLIC PRAWNS Always a favorite; fresh plump prawns sautéed in herb garlic butter. GRILLED LOCAL HALIBUT Flame seared local halibut fillet accompanied by homemade lime tartar sauce. SEAFOOD CAKE A bounty of crab, salmon and shrimp mixed with a blend of fresh herbs and pan-fried until light and crispy. Served with Thai dipping sauce. Served with fresh seasonal vegetables and your choice of roasted baby potatoes or basmati and wild rice. STEAMED CLAMS Plump local clams simmered in minced garlic, fresh herbs, white wine and topped with fresh drawn butter. CAESAR SALAD WITH SHRIMP Cool, crisp romaine lettuce gently tossed in Tsa-Kwa-Luten’s acclaimed Caesar dressing, topped with seasoned croutons, freshly grated Romano cheese and succulent baby shrimp.
