  5. The three little kittens, found their mittens and they began to cry! “Oh mother dear, see here, see here. We have found our mittens!”

  6. “Found your mittens, you darling kittens, then you shall have some pie! “Purr, purr, purr. Yes, you can have some pie!”

  7. The three little kittens put on their mittens and soon ate up the pie.

  8. “Oh Mother Dear we very much fear that we have soiled our mittens.”

  9. “Soiled your mittens, you naughty kittens!” Then she began to sigh.

  10. Meow, meow, meow. Then they began to sigh.

  11. The three little kittens washed their mittens and hung them out to dry.

  12. “Oh mother dear, did you not hear that we have washed our mittens?”“Washed your mittens? You darling kittens! Now come right over here!”
