Complaint Fact Corrective Action Date Cate. 7/23 Lenovo FSA028-EL0G BU1 8/31 D Lenovo FSA028-EL0G D223 issue -- Aug • EC 取消NXP D223(G90270-9804I-FA), 改用ON 材料 (G90269-9777I-FADIO), EC 已於 2011.09.22 切入 • Lenovo MTY及HGY 庫存2,108pcs全部以新品替換，並退回廠內重工更換D223(NXP換成ON 材料) • 在Lenovo MTY 生產製程中當機不良,不良率16/23 • D223 使用NXP Diode , 開機時SS Pin(Soft Start)電壓為2.7V, 運行10Min 後 Soft Start Pin電壓降至2.08V, PGB 信號轉High進入Standby Mode • 2011/06/20 廠內Burn-in 製程發現當機不良, 分析為NXP source D223選料不當導致並 重工MO#DH16A028001* 1000pcs更換ON材料 • 量產時RD 未發EC取消NXP 量產時, 導致產線使用NXP D223(G90270-9804I-FA)生產了. 4,065 pcs.
