Memphis Field School Trip: Human Rights Exploration (March 29-30)

Join us for an educational trip to Memphis from March 29 to March 30, focusing on the theme of Human Rights. Students will explore pivotal sites such as the National Civil Rights Museum, Alex Haley House Museum, Center for Southern Folklore, and Rock & Soul Museum. We will depart from Wydown on Thursday morning and return Friday night. Lodging arrangements include SpringHill Suites for gentlemen (5 per room) and Sleep Inn for ladies (4 per room). Meals will be provided, and students should wear comfortable shoes and pack lightly. Permission slips and payments are still being accepted.

  12. Travel by team • Each student will be assigned with a group of 10 • One teacher chaperone per group • Each team will travel together to all sites, meals

Final Details & Information ~ • Information will be coming BY TEAM. • Please encourage your traveler to wear walking shoes. • A sack lunch may be needed. • Pack lightly - consult the packing list. • We are so excited! If you still need to sign the permission slip or pay the cost of the trip ~ we’re ready to accept.
