MTAC # 104 List Certification Status Update

This document outlines the current status and updates on the certification policies of mailing lists in collaboration with USPS. Major stakeholders include postage payers, list owners, and service providers. The workgroup consists of 34 members focused on ensuring accuracy, providing feedback mechanisms, and reconciling address discrepancies. The certification process utilizes various address correction tools to enhance the quality of certified lists. A meeting will take place on November 2 to discuss validations and certification proofs.
