Who are our learners? • 70% Migrants • 60% Female / 40% Male • Age from 18 – 65 (maingroup: 30-50) • Currentemploymentstatus: 100% unemployed • Socioeconomicbackground: on employmentbenefits 90% / 10% selfpayers • Level ofeducation: LeavingCertificate 80% / Training Certificate 15% / Diploma 5% / Third leveldegree 5% / Post graduates: 2%

Main partners and supporters EBA cooperates closely with a wide variety of different actors and networks and receives financial support by state-funded program schemes (i.e. under the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, the Federal Jobs Employment Agency, the European Social Fund (in cooperation with the Federal State of Berlin).  The quality of all activities is ensured by a quality management system which is certified under the DEKRA QM pur and AZWV / ISO 9001:2008 standards.
