Comprehensive Assessment Process for Scholarship Selection and Candidate Evaluation

The Scholarship Assessment Centre is designed to identify candidates with the highest potential for scholarships. This process includes an evaluation of commitment levels and an independent assessment by AIPEG. Competencies such as communication, drive for results, and teamwork are observed through practical group exercises, verbal proposal presentations, group discussions, and psychometric assessments. Event schedules will be structured to maximize OJK’s success in securing scholarships. Participants are encouraged to engage sincerely and enjoy the experience, ensuring valuable outcomes for their development.
