  2. Objectives • Find assigned seat • Fill out information sheet for teacher • View the course information on the website • Receive textbook, parent letter, syllabus, and supply list • Describe the course objectives and how it will be paced • Explain normal class routine first day of class

  3. Course Binder • View a example of a built binder • 5 tabs • All course material ends up in binder • Grading done 4 times during course • Materials needed for binder first day of class

  4. Project Binder • Show an example of a built binder • Materials required for the binder • Graded as a Project • Contains 68 objectives from the requirements of the course first day of class

  5. Objectives continued • Describe the room • Tour of room including: • Drinking Water (you may have water in a clear container with a screw cap) • Projection system • Microscopes first day of class

  6. Homework • Return parent letter receipt including email address • Bring in materials and start building notebooks ( to be finished in class ) first day of class
