From multi-colored hills in the USA to the beautiful flamingo-pink lakes in Mexico and vast icescapes in Antarctica to private bridges in America, there is so much to see in world. Well, infrastructure showcases the image of a country and bridges are the most important part of it.

  3. Following are the five longest bridges of the world that you should visit once in a lifetime: • Danyang–Kunshan Grand Bridge • Bang Na Expressway • Lake Pontchartrain Causeway • Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge • Akashi Kaikyō Bridge

  4. Danyang–Kunshan Grand Bridge This bridge is located in China and is one of the longest bridges across the world. The length of this bridge is 165 kilometers. This bridge carries the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway. This bridge connects Wuxi, Suzhou, Changzhou and Kunshan.

  5. Bang Na Expressway Bridge Na Expressway is located in Thailand and is considered as the longest road bridge across the world. The length of this bridge is 54 kilometers. It is also known as the Burapha Withi Expressway and connects the Bangkok and Pattaya. You should definitely see this bridge.

  6. Lake Pontchartrain Causeway This is the longest bridge over water located in the United States. Well, the length of this bridge is 28.42 kilometers. Lake Pontchartrain Causeway connects Metairie with Mandeville.

  7. Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge is located in China and is the largest non-continuous bridge across the world. The exact length of this bridge is 55 kilometers. This connects Hong Kong with Macau and Zhuhai (China).

  8. Akashi Kaikyō Bridge This is one of the longest suspension bridges across the world. The length of this Japanese bridge is 1.991 kilometers. It is a medium to reach small Awaji Island and the bigger Shikoku Island. You should definitely give this bridge a try.
