Promote and facilitate the coordination of student financial aid programs. 2. Advise and assist in the promotion and development of effective programs of student financial aid. 3. Promote and facilitate communication between higher education institutions and the sponsors of student aid funds. 4. Foster and promote high standards of professional preparation of financial aid administrators and counselors in institutions of higher education and other public and private agencies.
