Carotenoid Content Variation in Plant Samples: Expression Levels and Measurements
10 likes | 140 Vues
This study examines the expression levels of key genes associated with carotenoid production in plant samples. We quantified the carotenoid content in micrograms per gram of dry matter (µg/g.dM) and analyzed its correlation with gene expression levels. Results demonstrated significant variations in carotenoid accumulation, providing insights into the genetic mechanisms underlying carotenoid biosynthesis. This research contributes to our understanding of plant metabolic processes and has implications for agriculture and nutrition.
