Workshop on Thailand-initiated Concept Paper on: Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) co-hosted by the Ministry of Defence, Kingdom of Thailand and the Ministry of Defence of Malaysia 8-9 June 2009, Bangkok Objectives: To explore and identify possible ways, mechanisms and cooperative approaches among ASEAN defence establishments and CSOs on HADR, and to deepen ASEAN defence establishments and CSOs cooperation through practical and concrete activities.
