  3. What does a texture specialist do? Career may include training others to perform texture services in the salon You could work for a manufacturer being a texture specialist or in sales Texture Specialist

  4. Cutting specialist What is a Cutting Specialist? Requires dedicated interest in learning various cutting styles & techniques Develops own style & technique Studies with other reputable haircutters to learn their techniques Trains others how to be a top notch haircutter

Many companies such as salon manufacturer’s and salon chains will hire experienced stylists to train others There are many options for this pathway from technical trainer to management and interpersonal relationship training.
